[Second Floor]
* Master suite with a king-size bed, a 50-inch TV, and a private full bathroom.
* Kids' bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and two trundles (sleeps 6), a 40-inch TV, an Xbox, and board games. This room also has its own private full bathroom.

[Third Floor]
* Two guest bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, a 40-inch TV, and a private full bathroom.
* Large balcony to relax with a book or watch a spectacular sunset.

[Outdoor Living & Amenities]
* Private backyard with a BBQ grill and a shady patio with a table and chairs.
* Storage shed stocked with a cornhole game, kids' beach toys, beach chairs, an umbrella, and 4 adult bicycles.

[Guest Access]
As our guest, you will have full, private access to the entire house and a host of community amenities.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 10:00 AM via a simple virtual process.
Your access includes:

✔ A private 4-seat golf cart for your exclusive use.
✔ A large, gated community pool (key card required).
✔ An enclosed, air-conditioned fitness center located by the pool.
✔ A community putting green, bocce ball, & corn hole.

[Notable]
**Walk-Through Room:** Please note that the second-floor bunk room is a walk-through room required to access the third floor. A noise machine is provided for your convenience and privacy.
**Safety & Security:** For your safety, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras (doorbell & front yard). These cameras monitor the exterior only and are not inside the home.
**Health & Cleanliness:** Our professional cleaning crew takes special precautions to sanitize the home, following AHLA-USA guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.

***Cancelation Policy***
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or the host by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (30) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”). In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel.
